Why no mask no movement policy shouldn't be implemented in Cross River

The Cross River State government has announcement that there would be no movement of anyone without a face mask this policy is set to be implemented on Monday the 6th of April 2020.

Instead of the state government arresting and isolating citizens without face mask, the military or task force should be used to distribute face mask to anyone on the street found without face masks.

They should ensure that all citizens should get face masks for free before implementing the law if at all it should be implemented in the state.

How secured and How necessary is the Face mask ?

There are news circulating everywhere that the relieve materials donated by the jack ma foundation from China tested positive for Coronavirus and may be a plan from China to spread the Virus widely in Africa.

The world health organization (WHO)  is also warning that it's only medical professionals that are taking care of patients in prone areas that are supposed to wear nose masks.

Another story says that the nose masks should be worn with precision, while some say the nose masks should not be worn for more than 2 hours a day , while some say it's 5 hours

The challenge is that how many cross riverians can afford up to 10 nose masks a day and for how long?

Some citizens put on the nose masks for upto 2 or 3 days untill it gets torn, this act alone may invite another sickness.

Instead of the government of cross River State to implement the no masks no movement policy, they should provide food and electricity for the people and encourage them to stay at home. From researches, staying at home is the best way to curb the spread of the deadly virus.
